Where are you located?
I live on the Seacoast in NH, I am licensed as an APRN in New Hampshire, New York, and Maine. I can prescribe to patients in these states.
Do You Offer Telehealth Appointments?
Yes, I offer only telehealth appointments to patients located in New Hampshire, Maine and New York. Additionally, out-of-state coaching and counseling services are available.
Do you offer Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Yes, I prescribe FDA-approved hormone replacement therapy (HRT) including birth control that can be sent to your local commercial pharmacy after an indepth intake and lab panel.
Do you cover the cost of medications?
No, medications are covered by insurance or out of pocket.
Can you be my primary car provider?
No, I cannot serve as your primary care clinician, I cannot provide indepth physical exams, pap smears, or procedures at this time.
How often will I need follow up?
Follow up care depends on individual patient needs and treatment planning. I provide lots of education to support patient between visits.
Do You Accept Insurance?
No, Whole Life Midwife operates on a cash-pay, fee-for-service basis. We accept most major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA accounts. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. However, please contact your insurance company directly to check your coverage, as Whole Life Midwife cannot guarantee reimbursement. I suggest an App called Reimbursify to make this process easier! Note that our services do not replace those provided by your primary care provider, and costs do not include medications.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will apply.
