Do You Accept Insurance?

Whole Life Midwife operates on a cash-pay, fee-for-service basis, with payment due at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA accounts. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. However, please contact your insurance company directly to check your coverage, as Whole Life Midwife cannot guarantee reimbursement. Note that our services do not replace those provided by your primary care provider, and costs do not include any additional expenses for labs or medications.

Do You Offer Telehealth Appointments?

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments to patients located in New Hampshire. Additionally, out-of-state coaching and counseling services are available.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will apply.
