Our Journey Begins
From passion to holistic health care
Whole Life Midwife was founded with a clear vision: to provide a personalized, patient-centered approach to women’s health that supports girls entering their teenage years, women navigating menopause, and every stage in between and beyond.
Whole health means looking at every aspect of a woman’s life, setting meaningful goals that align with her needs, and using my expertise to guide her toward areas that need attention—especially when they feel overwhelming to face alone.
Together, we turn challenges into opportunities for growth and balance, one step at a time.
How Did I Get Here?
My journey toward health and wellness is deeply personal. It is rooted in the desire to live a life that embraces both the joys and challenges with open arms and an unyielding determination to thrive—not just now but well into my older age.
I don’t aspire to "age gracefully." Instead, I am committed to aging powerfully, with the strength and vitality to continue pursuing dreams, creating meaningful connections, and achieving goals that inspire me.
My motivation comes from the hope of being healthy for my self, my daughters and potentially their future families. I want to be present—not just as an observer—but as an active participant in lives.
I decided to become the healthcare provider that I want, a healthcare provider who stands with their patients hand in hand, supporting them in their unique experience.
Health and wellness is not a static destination but an ongoing, evolving process. It’s about making treatment plans, and wellness choices today that honor the person you want to be tomorrow.
